Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest mit dem Team an der Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Serverinfrastruktur und unserer Reverse Proxy Systeme
Du nimmst in Absprache mit Deinem Team an einer rotierenden Rufbereitschaft teil. Dies wird zusätzlich vergütet. Selbstverständlich wirst Du erst mal intensiv eingearbeitet, bevor Du on-call gehst.
Du bist für den korrekten Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur verantwortlich, und hilfst auftretende Probleme zu lösen
Du bist Teil des Operations Teams und wehrst aktiv Angriffe auf uns und unsere Kunden ab
Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeit an der Infrastruktur

Dein Profil

Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen mit:

Debian / Linux System Administration
Bash und Python
Layer 3/4 und 7-Protokolle (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, HTTPS)
HTTP-Server wie Nginx

Idealerweise verfügst Du zusätzlich über Kenntnisse von:

tcpdump/pcap zur Netzwerkanalyse

With your proactive personality, you will make a decisive contribution to the expansion and optimization of our first-class customer service and thus to the success of our company.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with the team to support and optimize our server infrastructure and reverse proxy systems
You participate in a rotating on-call duty in coordination with your team. This will be additionally remunerated. Of course you will be trained intensively before you go on-call
You are responsible for the correct operation of our infrastructure, and help to solve any problems that occur
You are part of the operations team and actively fend off attacks on us and our customers
You document your work on the infrastructure

Your Qualifications

You have solid experience with:

Debian / Linux System Administration
Bash and Python
Layer 3/4 and 7 protocols (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, HTTPS)
HTTP server like Nginx

Ideally, you also have knowledge of:

tcpdump/pcap for network analysis
