We are looking for a dynamic and creative new team member who can support us in taking the area of employer branding and event management to a new level. Your tasks

• You will take care of the development and implementation of a comprehensive event management strategy
• As our event manager you are directly responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up both our internal and external events. You should be able to keep a cool head, even if a situation becomes hectic
• You keep the fun factor at our events high while keeping an eye on the numbers: you are responsible for the annual event budget and you will develop decision proposals for our management
• Take our employer branding strategy to the next level and be the driving force in developing and implementing initiatives to attract and retain top talents
• You'll create, manage and analyze employer branding campaigns across multiple channels, including our social media, career website, and job boards
• Work closely with our People & Culture team members to continuously improve the candidate experience throughout our recruiting and onboarding processes. You will monitor industry trends and competitor activity to find opportunities for innovation and improvement

What we expect

• Completed training or studies in the field of event management, marketing, communication, media, or similar
• A hands-on mentality and creativity
• Direct experience in the field of event management
• Direct experience in the professional handling of content management, employer branding and social media
• You are dedicated, flexible, and organized with an open personality and very good communication skills
• Sound networking and stakeholder management skills
• Confident command of German and English, both written and spoken
