Deine Aufgaben

Nachdem Du Dir ein frisches Heißgetränk gezapft hast, startest Du direkt rein in Dein daily doing. Als Produktmanager*in schaffst Du die Struktur für unsere Entwickler-Nerds, damit sie sich auf Code und Testing fokussieren können. Die von Dir erstellte Produkt-Roadmap gibt den Fahrplan für die Entwicklung vor und sorgt dafür, dass Umsetzung und Ziele ausgerichtet sind. Dein Gespür für Markt und Branche sowie Dein offenes Ohr ins Team bringst Du in detaillierten Produktanforderungen für unsere Software zusammen – immer mit dem Blick für die Produktstrategie. Ein paar Sticky Notes später ist es Zeit für ein nettes Teammittagessen. Frisch gestärkt und fokussiert, glänzt Du mit Remindern und Informationen in den Postfächern Deiner Projektmitglieder. Dank Dir ist allen beteiligten Kolleginnen und Kollegen klar, welche Schritte noch bis zur Markteinführung zu gehen sind. Mit dem Wissen, dass alle noch auf der Zielgeraden sind, klappst Du Deinen Laptop zufrieden am Ende des Tages zu. Morgen kann es strukturiert weitergehen und der nächste Meilenstein auf der Roadmap ist zum Greifen nahe.

Dein Profil

Du nennst Dich selbst Scrum-Master oder Organisationstalent und hast bereits Erfahrung in der IT-Branche gesammelt. Deine Erfahrung beruht auf informationstechnischem und /oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Wissen. Du kennst Dich mit Office-Anwendungen aus und hast idealerweise praktische Erfahrung, z.B. in der Webentwicklung. Dein meisterhaftes Zeitmanagement kommt Dir in Deinem Alltag ebenso zugute wie Dein Talent, auch in schwierigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren. Wenn Andere nur Bäume sehen, siehst Du einen wunderschönen Wald.

Du nennst Dich neben Master of Disaster auch studierter (Wirtschafts-) Informatiker oder Projektmanager
Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in der Tech-Branche
Sehr gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, besonders innerhalb einer sehr dynamischen Projektumgebung
Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban

Your mission

After you've tapped yourself a fresh hot coffee, you'll get right into your daily doing. As a product manager, you create the structure for our developer nerds so that they can focus on code and testing. You create the product roadmap for development and ensures that implementation and goals are aligned. You bring together your intuition for the market and industry as well as your open ear to the team in detailed product requirements for our software - always with an eye for product strategy. A few sticky notes later, it's time for a nice team lunch. Freshly strengthened and focused, you shine with reminders and information in the mailboxes of your project members. Thanks to you, all the colleagues involved are clear about the steps that still need to be taken before the launch. Knowing that everyone is still on the finishing line, you close your laptop with satisfaction at the end of the day. Tomorrow, things can continue in a structured manner and the next milestone on the roadmap is close at reach.

Your profile

You call yourself a Scrum Master or an organizational talent and have already gained experience in the IT industry. Your experience is based on information technology and / or business knowledge. You are familiar with Office applications and ideally have practical experience, e.g. in web development. Your masterful time management will benefit you in your everyday life as well as your talent to keep a cool head even in difficult situations. When others only see trees, you see a beautiful forest.
