Call center operator (f/m/d)

Main Role and Tasks
- Verify member identification and follow verification procedures
- Follow company’s procedures
- Work with other members to troubleshoot issues and provide a working solution
- Assist in documentation and playbook updates as necessary
- To report and document any error that occurs
- Participate in trainings and meetings
- To take care of the equipment handed to you
- To maintain the confidentiality of the work
- To contribute in improvement of the working environment
- To assist/help the personnel by sharing information regarding the work procedures
That Describes You
- Previous experience in customer service based role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency and multi-tasking abilities with browsers and operating systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- English at conversational level
