Call center operator (f/m/d)

Main Role and Tasks

  • Verify member identification and follow verification procedures
  • Follow company’s procedures
  • Work with other members to troubleshoot issues and provide a working solution
  • Assist in documentation and playbook updates as necessary
  • To report and document any error that occurs 
  • Participate in trainings and meetings
  • To take care of the equipment handed to you
  • To maintain the confidentiality of the work
  • To contribute in improvement of the working environment
  • To assist/help the personnel by sharing information regarding the work procedures

 

That Describes You

  • Previous experience in customer service based role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency and multi-tasking abilities with browsers and operating systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • English at conversational level
