Your tasks
- Leadership, training and motivation of our kitchen team
- Responsibility for the complete kitchen & stewarding area
- Work in compliance with the standards and in consideration of the HACCP guidelines
- Competent partner for our kitchen renovations
- merchandise planning, quality, cost & budget controls
- Optimisation of the cost of sales ratio
- Development of creative ideas for our culinary offer
- Mentor, role model & team partner for our trainees
- close cooperation and optimal communication with our F&B Oprerations Manager
and other departments
- Implementation and introduction of the branding standards for FourSide Hotels

Requirements
- Professional training as well as several years of professional experience as a cook or comparable
position
