Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • As Supply Chain/ Production Controller (m/f/d) you are responsible for Production KPI-Reporting, Business Planning, Free Cash Flow planning, and Profit & Loss (P&L) assessments
  • You engage in the evaluation and optimization of production costs (COGS)
  • You collaborate with our Supply-Chain teams to support and later take over forecasting and annual budget process
  • You monitor supply chain costs, investigate discrepancies, and recommend cost-saving measures to enhance profitability
  • You define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • You control and monitor capital expenditures to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and ROI expectations
  • You monitor the progress of investments, track expenses and cashflow, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
  • You are in charge of the Analysis and monitoring of purchasing data
  • You identify cost saving potential and improvement of purchasing strategy
  • You provide regular supplier evaluations including benchmarking analysis

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You own a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance & Controlling, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • You have a strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost analysis and forecasting.
  • You own solid experience in capital expenditure (Capex) controlling and ROI analysis.
  • You have an advanced proficiency in Excel as well as experience with ERP and BI systems.
  • You have an exceptional ability to develop and monitor KPIs, specifically related to supply chain and financial performance
  • You bring strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • You are Team-oriented, with the capability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and have strong attention to detail

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 45,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
