LiveEO’s ambitious goal is to monitor 1 billion assets across the globe with its unique SaaS solution until 2030. Our team is as global as the satellite data we process and the customers we serve. As a Project Manager at LiveEO you will be an essential part of our team and help us to identify new opportunities to bring insights from earth observation to enterprises across the globe.

Your challenge

Initiate, plan, manage and execute customer deliveries;
Closely align with the sales representative and with the tech operations team to find the best way forward to meet customer expectations;
Participate in customer calls and communicate details of LiveEO’s technical capabilities to the interested customer, help to set and manage expectations;
Understand technical customer processes, systems and data and match these with LiveEO’s data requirements, solutions and earth observation data availability;
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications to be executed by LiveEO’s tech team;
Execute project management best practices delivering our solution and to meet customer expectations;
Manage information flow between the customer, sales team and tech team;
Create technical presentations demonstrating how our product meets client needs.

Your profile

3+ years experience project management, sales engineering or professional services engineering;
Degree in business or IT, specialization in project management or sales;
Excellent analytical: An organized and precise character with foresight for an excellent planning & risk mitigation;
Strong track record of goal-oriented project execution;
High degree of self-management and process efficiency;
Independent and reliable work-style;
High willingness to engage and communicate with customers;
English professional working proficiency as well as a German (must have);
Other language skills are a plus;
Experience in using GIS solutions, previous experience in the earth observation or GIS industry is a plus;
Knowledge of satellite technology and knowledge of ML and DL algorithms is a plus;
You live in or you are willing to relocate to Berlin;
