So kannst du deinen Beitrag bei uns leisten:

Den Markt für therapeutische Bereiche und Moleküle zu analysieren und Berichte zu erstellen
Neue Lizenzprodukte anzubahnen und anhand von Business Cases auszuwerten
Die Einlizenzierung von neuen Produkten (inkl. Ausschreibung, Due Diligence und Vertragsverhandlung) unter Einbindung relevanter Fachbereiche zu steuern
Geschäftspartnerschaften aufzubauen und zu pflegen
Im ständigen, engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zu stehen
Verantwortung für deinen Bereich zu übernehmen und diesen proaktiv weiterzuentwickeln

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder der Pharmazie, mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Spezialisierung von Vorteil
Bewiesene Erfahrung in der Einlizenzierung von Arzneimitteln oder im Projektmanagement im pharmazeutischen Umfeld wünschenswert
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Kommunikationsgeschick und bewiesene Erfahrung in der Verhandlung von Product-Deals
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Eine ausgeprägte Proaktivität sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Den Wunsch, sich proaktiv weiterzuentwickeln, zu wachsen und Teil eines starken Teams zu sein

Analysing and reporting on the market for therapeutic areas and molecules
Initiating new licence products and evaluating them on the basis of business cases
Managing the in-licensing of new products (incl. tendering, due diligence and contract negotiation) with the involvement of relevant departments
Establishing and maintaining business partnerships
Being in constant, close dialogue with various specialist departments
Taking responsibility for your area and proactively developing this field further

Here´s what you should bring:

A successfully completed degree in the field of economics or pharmacy, specialisation in business administration is an advantage
2-5 years of proven experience in in-licensing of pharmaceuticals or project management in a pharmaceutical environment
Strong analytical skills combined with a strong understanding of business relationships
Profound communication expertise and proven record in negotiating product deals
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
A forward-thinking business mindset and ability to resolve challenges in a solution-oriented way
The willingness to continuously develop personally and being part of a strong team
