Wie Du die Energiewende vorantreibst

Du überwachst den aktuellen Anlagenbetrieb und stellst eine hohe, regelkonforme Anlagenperformance sowie einer hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicher
Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen allen Parteien (Betreiber, Techniker, Investoren und Banken), die in die PV Anlagen involviert sind
Die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Beschwerden läuft bei Dir zusammen
Du analysierst und bewertest die Anlagenperformancedaten und den Anlagenzustand
Aufgrund deiner zentralen Position berichtest Du dem Management mit regelmäßigen Reportings
Du ermittelst Kennzahlen und erarbeitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von wiederkehrenden Wartungen, Prüfungen sowie planbarer und nicht planbarer Instandhaltungen
Du gestaltest und entwickelst interne Prozesse auf einem hohen Level

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf oder ein einschlägiges technisches Studium absolviert
Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung aus ähnlichen Positionen mit und hast idealerweise schon Berührungspunkte mit dem Photovoltaik-Anlagen sammeln können
Du begeisterst Dich für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit
Du findest die ideale Ansprache für verschiedene Stakeholdergruppen und unterstreichst dies durch deine Überzeugungskraft
Du bringst Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch auf einem sehr guten Niveau mit (C1+)

How you drive the energy transition forward

You monitor the current system operation and ensure a high, compliant system performance and high system availability
You are the central interface between all parties (operators, technicians, investors and banks) involved in the PV systems
You handle the processing of inquiries and complaints
You analyze and evaluate the system performance data and the system status
Due to your central position, you report to the management with regular reports
You determine key figures and develop improvement measures
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring recurring maintenance, inspections and planned and unplanned maintenance work
You design and develop internal processes at a high level

What you already bring with you

You have completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession or a relevant technical degree
You already have professional experience from similar positions and ideally have already had contact with photovoltaic systems
You are enthusiastic about the topic of sustainability
You find the ideal approach for different stakeholder groups and underline this with your persuasiveness
You have a very good level of German and English (C1+)
