Your mission

• You will support our sales team by leading efforts regarding contract organization.
• You will be the main point of contact for contract review and negotiation.
• You will be the "connector" between our Legal department, Sales department and our customers.
• You will be responsible for contract controlling and prioritization.
• You will (when necessary) also be asked to assist in our contract management on the purchasing side of business.
• You will manage contract lifecycles with a focus on mutual benefit.
• You will manage the timeline of customer payments, ensuring they are on time and accurate

Your profile

• You have an educational background in Law, Economics or similar.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contract Manager with similar responsibilities.
• You are business fluent in German AND English (no exceptions here).
• You excel in project organization and ideally also have experience in some Project Management capacity.
• You are an experienced negotiator with proven success ideally in the Solar Industry
• Advanced MS Office abilities.
• You are comfortable and competent in the area of prioritization-you understand business needs and goals
