Manage the Team and meet the budget assigned to the Country/Area. 

Guarantee long-term-profitable business to the Company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the Country/Area. Coop and deliver input to BDMs-Product Management to fulfil customer needs and follow market trends.
Lead, manage and develop the Sales Team & KAM in the Country/Area (internal and external).
Support the existing Customers and attract new partners.
Recognize the product and market requirements for existing and new businesses.
You will be in first and second level contact with customers management and perform a high level of responsiveness to respond more quickly, flexibly and effectively to meet client demands and exceed their expectations. Create a good internal/external Customer relationship with a stable and excellent work environment for the sales Teams, furthermore, to increase their know how trough programmed trainings and “learning by doing” processes. It is essential that coordination takes place between the sales team and the HQ, such as the internal sales department, as well as all other departments.

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility of the Budget and Team
  • Workload coordination inside the Team and between other External Sales Representatives
  • Projects/activities Prioritization
  • To coordinate, support and training the major customers
  • Regular visits to HQ`s for specific activities
  • Offering and tracking
  • To Negotiate Projects/orders
  • Keep the relationship with Major customers
  • Improve internal process, workflows and minimize time bottle necks
  • Budget responsibility defined together with the Sales Director
  • Team performance control. Definition of corresponding KPI´s
  • Managing direct and indirect labour efficiently. Definition of trainings needed and participants
  • Communicate results periodically and specific needs to the Sales Director
  • Updating working conditions of the staff in coordination with the Sales Director
  • Identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and defining action plans to eliminate them as quickly as possible
  • With BDMs, Identify and coordinate specific Customers needs in product lines (e. g. new products, accessories) with R&D and Product management

Your skills:

  • Apprenticeship / Study: Technical degree in Mechanical / electrical Engineering / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or Energy
  • Min. 6 years in Sales, preferably as External Sales
  • Knowledge of GPC-Software selection
  • Experience in Managing a Team
  • Good level of English written/oral and Negotiation skills
  • Native or fluent French
  • Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market and Thermodynamic background
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of ERP (e.g.: SAP or LN) GPC or technical calculation tools, CAD
