You have in-depth experience ​with following skills:

Creative Problem Solving: The ability to think creatively and solve complex problems within the context of HEMS and the energy sector, fostering an environment of innovation which will enable the whole team to build outstanding & award winning products which solve real customer problems worldwide.

Risk Management: Strong risk assessment and management skills to navigate uncertainties in the energy market, evaluate potential disruptions, and guide the innovation process with a focus on minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.

Prototyping and Validation: Hands-on experience in rapid prototyping and validation methodologies to quickly test and iterate on innovative ideas, ensuring that proposed solutions align with market needs and technological feasibility.

Market Insight/Analysis: In-depth knowledge of the energy market & power electronics including regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough market analyses, identify potential business opportunities, and make informed decisions regarding product development and market entry strategies in the HEMS and energy sector.

Market Positioning: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for energy solutions, considering the unique value propositions and competitive advantages within the dynamic energy sector.

Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding to develop business cases, assess investment opportunities, and ensure that business decisions align with profitability goals in the context of the energy sector.

Technical Acumen: Strong technical proficiency in HEMS and energy-related technologies, allowing the Product Manager to engage effectively with development teams, understand system architectures, and make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.

Additional requirements are:

• At least 5 years of experience in roles requiring creative problem-solving skills, preferably in innovation management within the broader energy sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessing and managing risks associated with innovation projects, particularly in the energy domain. Experience with risk mitigation strategies is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in fostering a culture of innovation, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team lead position within an energy-related organization.
• Demonstrated experience in rapid prototyping and validation methodologies, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience testing and iterating on innovative ideas within the HEMS or energy sector.
