Aufgaben
- You provide cost calculations for all our products as well as production orders in the context of monthly balance, planning, and inventory counts.
- Calculation of product costs based on existing production processes is your responsibility
- You support the conceptualization of future production processes and necessary cost calculation models
- Production effectivity controlling: You oversee planned versus actual costs
- Cost center accounting, along with cost estimation and analysis, falls under your purview
- Budgetary planning in Fabrication for the fiscal year and internal orders is managed by you
- You develop and monitor measures for cost optimization as a team approach together with our fabrication and assembly supervisors
- Conception and Maintenance of Production Controlling Master Data in ERP, such as standard product costing sheets, is part of your duties
- You provide implementation support for production controlling-related processes in our new ERP
- Approval and setup of investment and profitability calculations within the fabrication department are tasks you handle
Profil
- You have completed a bachelor's/master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field with a strong technical and controlling focus, enabling you to bridge the gap between production and controlling effectively
- You have a track record of at least 3-5 years in a similar role
- Experience with MS Dynamics, SAP or other ERP systems in the context of production controlling is mandatory and can be demonstrated through a track record
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) is required
- You possess good analytical skills and prioritize working in a structured manner
- You excel in developing strategic concepts, negotiating, and synthesizing diverse perspectives into cohesive solutions
- Proficient communication skills in both English and German are mandatory
- You are willing to undertake short support trips within our international production network
