Aufgaben
- In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business and administrative tasks related to software operations and our Bosch Connected Industry office in Berlin. You will assist with project cost analysis and budgeting activities for Software Operations.
- Furthermore, you will gather system requirements and create easy-to-use, sustainable tools to calculate and track operational costs, collect and interpret financial data, and produce reports and metrics for the organization.
- You will support the development and implementation of cost control measures and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and project plans.
- In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Berlin office on a variety of issues and help identify opportunities for improvement to optimize team processes and activities.
- Last but not least, you will participate in team meetings and work with cross-functional teams.
Profil - Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. macros, pivots, lookups, VBA) and MS PowerPoint; basic knowledge of web applications
- Personality and Working Practice: strong analytical skills, attention to detail, highly motivated, outgoing, self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work both independently and in a team, strong time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm: interested in learning more about Software DevOps topics
- Languages: fluent in English and good in German
- Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or comparable
