Wie Du die Energiewende vorantreibst

Du planst und organisierst die Beschaffung aller projektrelevanten Produkte
Du entwickelst neue Strategien zur Prozessoptimierung und setzt diese um
Als zentraler Ansprechpartner befindest Dich im engen Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten
Du unterstützt kontinuierliche Kostenoptimierungen über die gesamte Supply Chain
Du behältst die Marktgegebenheiten im Blick und vergleichst die unterschiedlichen Angebote zu unseren Anforderungen

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du hast eine Ausbildung und eine darauf aufbauende Fachausbildung (bspw. staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt)

oder

ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, gern mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Materialbeschaffung

oder

bereits in einem technischen Beruf gearbeitet oder einer Weiterbildung zum Beschaffungsmanager, Fachwirt für Einkauf (w/m/d) oder ähnlich es absolviert
Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise aus dem Bereich Elektrotechnik, mit
Du verfügst über gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP)
Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C1+)

Und das wäre dein zusätzliches Plus

Du hast eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verhandlungserfahrung mit

How you drive the energy transition forward

You plan and organize the procurement of all project-relevant products
You develop new strategies for process optimization and implement them
As a central contact person, you are in close contact with our suppliers
You support continuous cost optimization across the entire supply chain
You keep an eye on market conditions and compare the different offers to our requirements

What you already bring with you

You have completed an apprenticeship and a subsequent specialist training (e.g. state-certified business economist)

a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on purchasing or materials procurement

have already worked in a technical profession or completed further training as a procurement manager, purchasing specialist (f/m/d) or similar
You have a good technical understanding, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
You have good IT skills (MS Office, ERP)
You are business fluent in German and English (C1+)

You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working
You have a deep experience in negotiations
