Your mission
  • Online Marketing and Performance: Planning, implementation, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, SEA, SEO, Email Marketing) with the aim of generating conversions.
  • Campaign Conception: Development of creative and effective campaign strategies for performance channels, tailored to the company goals and the needs of the target audience.
  • Project Management: Monitoring and controlling all aspects of a project from initiation to completion, ensuring that set goals are achieved within the given timeframe and budget.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget for marketing campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources and keep costs under control.
  • Operational Management: You are responsible for the day-to-day business in the assigned country, from budget management to optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
  • Curiosity & Learning Ability: You are eager to take one of Germany’s largest startups abroad and learn from the best performance marketers.-Broad Online Marketing Experience: You bring all-rounder marketing knowledge, especially in the areas of performance and influencer marketing. A solid understanding of relevant KPIs and tools is essential.
  • Independent & Structured Working Method: As an Online Marketing Manager, you are characterized by high initiative and a hands-on mentality. You are ready to take responsibility for the marketing activities of an entire country and always act solution-oriented.
  • Communication Skills: You can express yourself clearly both in writing and verbally and possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: You are able to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions that move the company forward.
  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of the culture and market specifics of the Italian market (you are a native speaker) is a must. This helps you to develop tailored strategies and communicate effectively with local partners and customers.
