Your central role:

Driving and developing the global P&C Retail business

In your role, together with the national and international organisational units of ERGO Group AG, you will be responsible for the overarching management of strategic projects in the private customer composite business (Property & Casualty Retail). You will be responsible for key account management for ERGO national companies with a focus on portfolio management and KPI controlling, e.g. as part of management dialogues. You will provide technical input for the creation of guidelines and best practices in the private customer composite business and carry out product approvals and underwriting reviews as part of governance. You will use data-supported analyses to evaluate product ideas and profitability at country level and incorporate market and competitor analyses. The further development of Group-wide knowledge management for product development and underwriting excellence rounds off your tasks.

Your profile:

Expertise in P&C Retail with a strategic mindset

As an initial basis, you have a university degree and/or equivalent training in economics, mathematics or a similar field. This will be enhanced by your many years of experience in product management or underwriting with retail products in the insurance industry. You have sound knowledge of portfolio management and are proficient in the associated tools relating to profitability analyses, rate adjustments and restructuring. You also have experience in project and interface management and are skilled in dealing with decision-makers from different areas of responsibility. Your working method is strategic and analytical. You score points with your conceptual presentation skills and decision-making ability. Your very good English and your interest in international projects round off your profile.
