Mandatory Internship in Product Management eMobility Digital Services
Aufgaben
- During your internship, you will develop comprehensive training materials for sales and customer support teams.
- You will ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with product messaging.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement training plans for sales and customer support staff.
- You will conduct training sessions and monitor the effectiveness of the training programs as well as conduct regular competitor analysis studies to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Finally, you will provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product positioning.
Profil - Education: studies in the field of any relevant undergraduate or graduate program or comparable with good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant tools, internet browsers, prompting generative AI models
- Personality and Working Practice: communicative, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm: passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Languages: fluent in English or in German
