Was erwartet dich?
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung mit DATEV und Personio unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen
  • Agiere als Ansprechpartner: Berate und betreue die Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräfte rund um die Themen Gehaltsabrechnung, Dienstwagen, Elternzeit, Mehrfachbeschäftigung, Entsendung, Betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Sabbatical
  • Gestalte den Wandel: Führe und verwalte die analoge Personalakte und unterstütze dabei Prozesse zukünftig zu digitalisieren
  • Generiere Impact: Erstelle Reportings und Statistiken zur Lohnbuchhaltung für Vorgesetzte
  • Wirke aktiv mit und übernimm die Kommunikation mit Behörden und Institutionen
Was bringst du mit?
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss durch Ausbildung/Studium (z.B. in Steuer-, Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen)
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Entgeltabrechnung bzw. in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in der Software DATEV und in Personio sind ein Plus
  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?
  • Take on responsibility for monthly payroll accounting with DATEV and Personio, taking into account the applicable tax and social insurance regulations
  • Act as a contact person: Advise and support employees and managers on all aspects of payroll accounting, company cars, parental leave, multiple employment, secondments, company pension schemes and sabbaticals
  • Create change: Manage and administer the analogue personnel file and support the digitalization of processes in the future
  • Generate impact: Create reports and statistics on payroll accounting for line managers
  • Play an active role and take over communication with authorities and institutions
Your profile
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification through training/studies (e.g. in tax, finance or accounting)
  • Initial experience in payroll accounting
  • Knowledge of DATEV and Personio software is a plus
  • Accurate way of working, communication skills and team orientation
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills
