YOUR MISSION
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.
In this role, you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Tech teams, be the internal advocate for the customer, and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are studying / have an excellent university degree in a tech or business-related field (at least 4th semester of Bachelor's degree)
- You have some coding or data science experience - e.g., understanding API documentation, working with JSON files, understanding data structures
- You are a skilled, proactive communicator and enjoy finding expert solutions for our customers
- You are highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in German and English
Having some experience in a B2B operations, solutions, or customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment is a plus ;)
