Deine Verantwortung auf einen Blick:

Du bist verantwortlich für eine erfolgreiche technische Anbindung unseres Systems an die Systemlandschaft der KundInnen
Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren KundInnen zusammen, um deren technische und geschäftliche Anforderungen zu verstehen
Du betreust den ABAP-Code unserer Export- und Import-Schnittstellen zu den SAP-Systemen unserer KundInnen
Du berätst unsere KundInnen bei der Nutzung der Bilendo Software und bei technischen Anfragen
Du bist interessiert an einer stetigen Verbesserung des Kunden-Onboardings und des -Supports
Du stehst im direkten Kundenkontakt und kümmerst dich um das Account Management

Was wir schätzen, wenn du mitbringst:

Du sprichst sicher Deutsch (Must-have)
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle in der IT-Branche
Du besitzt solide Kenntnisse im Entwickeln mit SAP ABAP
Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement und im Arbeiten mit geeignten Tools wie z.B. Atlassian Jira
Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Erfassen und Beschreiben von Kundenanforderungen
Du bringst ein solides technisches Verständnis für den Aufbau von Softwarelösungen, SaaS Lösungen, Enterprise-Apps, E-Commerce, Cloud-Tech o.ä. mit
Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten und ein technisches Prozessverständnis
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig
Du kommunizierst gut auf Englisch

Your responsibilities at a glance:

You are responsible for the technical onboarding of our system to the customer's system landscape
You will work directly with our customers to understand their technical and business requirements
You maintain the ABAP code of our export and import interfaces to our customers' SAP systems
You advise our customers on the use of the Bilendo software and on technical inquiries
You are interested in the continuous improvement of customer onboarding and support
You are in direct contact with our customers and take care of the account management

What we appreciate if you bring:

You speak German fluently (must-have)
You are experienced in a similar role in the IT industry
You have solid knowledge in developing with SAP ABAP
You have basic knowledge of project management and working with appropriate tools such as Atlassian Jira
You are experienced in capturing and describing customer requirements
You have a solid technical understanding of building software solutions, SaaS solutions, enterprise apps, e-commerce, cloud tech or similar
You work independently and reliably
You have analytical skills and a technical understanding of processes
You communicate well in English
