This is a key leadership role that will contribute to the growth and development of our organization, particularly in the rapidly expanding Nordics region.
Role Overview:
As the Benelux and Nordic HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies within our complex matrix organization. The Nordics region is a focal point for our company’s growth, and your expertise will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives to support our expansion goals. This position involves leading a team and collaborating with HR professionals in other regions to implement best practices that align with our global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership for the Benelux and Nordic regions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR leader in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of complex matrix organizational structures.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and driving change initiatives.
- Experience working in the Nordics region is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate cultural nuances and tailor HR strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
