About Your Future Team

As a Senior Collection Analyst with a focus on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) at Solaris, you will be at the forefront of our operational efforts to execute and optimise our NPL sales and related lending processes. Operating within our dynamic "build-the-bank" environment, you will collaborate closely with Product and Risk functions to ensure alignment with our evolving product portfolio and risk management strategies.

Your Role

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the NPL sales process, ensuring smooth execution from identification to closure.
  • Execute transactional operations including re-bookings, write-offs, and account closures with precision, while also refining and enhancing processes to completion, drawing on solid experience to contribute impactful insights. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to NPL transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Monitor and analyse operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on operational aspects of NPL management and sales processes. 
  • Aid in crafting detailed NPL reporting tools for both senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industry, with a focus on back-office operations, NPL management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures within a banking environment, with experience in NPL management preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in operational management, including process improvement and optimisation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. German fluency is advantageous.
