YOUR MISSION
As our Senior Field Marketing Manager for Germany, you will play a critical role in scaling our marketing initiatives in the region. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team in EMEA, and the sales organization to develop and execute your comprehensive marketing plan to generate leads, pipeline, promote brand awareness, and accelerate sales growth.

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Regional Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Creating a robust marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy while considering the unique characteristics and needs of the German market. This includes:
- Demand Generation: Drive multi-touch demand generation campaigns and activities to attract, engage, and nurture prospects, resulting in increased pipeline and revenue growth.
- Event Management: Plan and execute successful in-person and virtual events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with channel & technology partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive co-marketing and co-sell opportunities and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Content Development: Work closely with the content team to create compelling, localized marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to improve our global marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Marketing Analytics: Measure and report on the performance and conversion of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROMI.
