Position Overview:

Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, with a strong focus on manufacturing module. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Costing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering Oracle ERP Cloud projects, providing subject matter expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for manufacturing and maintenance domains.
• Define comprehensive functional requirements and solution design specifications based on business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing Oracle Cloud applications in manufacturing and maintenance environments.

1. Implementation Leadership:

• Drive the implementation lifecycle of Oracle ERP Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing  modules, overseeing all aspects of project execution.
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

1. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with business processes, including setup of manufacturing workflows, bills of materials, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
• Customize Oracle Cloud applications using advanced tools and techniques to meet unique business requirements.
• Develop and maintain extensions, integrations, and reports to enhance system functionality and support end-to-end business processes.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios for manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing efforts.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

1. Documentation and Training:

• Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders on Oracle Cloud manufacturing and maintenance functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to facilitate user adoption and system optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a focus on manufacturing  modules.
• Proven expertise in Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Costing.
• Hands-on experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance management principles.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications using tools such as Oracle Application Composer, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
