Meet the Team: The Business Development Representative team drives the Future of Finance - and we want you to join us in this adventure. We are a fast-growing innovator in the financial technology space, and eager to contribute our end-to-end payment ecosystem to the world. In order to unlock our next phase of growth, we are driven to find a Business Development Representative that is as ambitious as we are.

 

Your day to day:

 

  • Daily Business: Using the LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you initiate contact with existing and potential customers in the B2B sector, and subsequently conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Keeping the Big Picture in Mind: Actively scheduling appointments for our sales team, as well as preparing and following up on appointments, is second nature to you. You also handle the maintenance of customer data in our CRM system.
  • Organization from A to Z: Online and telephone pre- and post-processing of sales activities, such as trade fairs and webinars, bring you joy and variety.
  • Analysis Specialist: You can independently create and present reports on sales activities, business progress, and successes.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

 

  • Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and possess good English and German language skills, both written and verbal. Ideally, you have professional experience in sales support.
  • Communication Talent: You thrive on customer interaction, possess negotiation skills, and social selling comes naturally to you? It's a match!
  • IT Expertise: You are proficient in using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital platforms such as the LinkedIn Sales Navigator? Perfect!
  • Self-Organization: A quick grasp of concepts, commitment, as well as a self-responsible and structured work style, complete your profile.
