» Key Responsibilities:

<ul><li style="font-family:Arial;text-align:justify;">Supporting the rollout of the new Transport Management System, driving business process transformation along with it, including analysis, change management, set-up, training, etc.</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;text-align:justify;">Planning, moderation and execution of country and regional workshops and trainings with all levels of employees, predominantly on site across Europe</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;text-align:justify;">Supporting country BPM and key users on a day to day basis in airfreight operational, system and process related matters</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;text-align:justify;">Creation of training material and documentation</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;text-align:justify;">Creation of SOPs and work instructions</li> </ul>

» Key Skills and Requirements:

<ul><li style="font-family:Arial;">Completed logistics apprenticeship and / or completed University degree in Logistics or a comparable qualification</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Solid understanding of the global forwarding industry with on hand operational experience, especially in Airfreight</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Experience in the field of training business processes, system use and organizational changes</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with different cultures, departments and hierarchical levels</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Flexibility towards traveling and longer stays abroad (40% - 60%)</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Ability to work independently with strong time management skills</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;">Analytical thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills</li> </ul>
