We are currently expanding our team to fill the role of a Senior Treasury & Risk Manager (f/m/d), it reports directly to the CFO.
One of the key tasks is the creation of a holistic risk profile of the company for the Treasury department. The role acts as a sparring partner to the executive management, gives advice and provides information to assess risks and to find solutions that suit the company and the situation.

• Supervising cash management in close cooperation with Accounting
• Creating a timeline and priority list for the department
• Crafting forward-thinking financial plans
• Communication and reporting to the banks
• Creating and continuously maintaining StaRUG documentation
• Management of a risk software
• Support of fundraising initiatives
• Creation of a strategic outline for the treasury department with regards to our company statements

• 10 years of experience in Treasury or in a similar position
• Experience in overseeing situations with limited month cash runway
• Deep understanding of capital resource optimization and expertise in treasury (risk analysis and scenario modelling)
• 5+ years experience in negotiations and ability to interact directly with customers, suppliers, partners, banks and investors
• Proactive and hands-on approach, with a genuine enthusiasm for executing projects, implementing strategies, and “doing things a new way”
• Vision of a digital and automized treasury department
• Structured way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Deep knowledge of relevant laws in Germany and EU
