German Speaking Customer Account Officer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a prestigious bank, we are looking for a “German Speaking Customer Account Officer (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities:

• Performing periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
• Supporting the senior relationship managers from coverage teams to identify new opportunities
• Interact with clients and their representatives during the onboarding stage and KYC process
• Handling complex account related queries and executing all processes and tasks of the life-cycle of a wealth management account
• Serving comprehensive overview about the bank, services and products
• Drafting minutes if present in client meetings and assisting in the preparation of client meetings
• Providing execution services of all kinds of transaction services requirements and product ap-plication processes such as deposits, loans, payments, statements and security transactions

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of expertise in Private Banking/Wealth Management
• Good understanding of bank processes, policies and services
• Fluent in German and English, any other language is considered as an asset
• Strong teamwork and organizational as well as problem-solving skills
