With this opening, the company, which has been working in Spain since 2018, consolidates its position and its commitment to the European market and, in particular, to the Spanish market.

Main responsibilities:

·       Define and execute an overall marketing and communication strategy for Iberia based on the local market situation with a key focus on Spain and utility segment.

·       Build and maintain close relationships with our clients by developing and implementing joint plans and activities from a marketing perspective and providing them support.

·       Supporting the company in maintaining relationships with existing solar media and identifying new media partners, including content creation for the solar media.

·       Maintain the Spanish language website, newsletter, collateral, and the existing social media platforms that the company currently operates in the region, as well as reviewing and establishing other media platforms that might be important in Iberia.

·       Coordinate closely with the GoodWe-EMEA team and our clients to organise regular trainings for solar installers in the region.

·       Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns to promote specific products to a specific group of customers. Identify opportunities to increase the visibility of the GoodWe brand in the region.

·       Coordinate and work closely with GoodWe headquarters in China.

·       Responsible for organising and coordinating exhibitions, events, roadshows, conferences, product trainings and new product launch events.

·       Regular dialogue with influential organisations in the solar industry, such as local PV associations and relevant organisations

·       Close cooperation with the sales and technical team

·       Analyse market trends and customer needs as well as competition dynamics that contribute to develop marketing strategies and increase brand awareness and market share

·       Plan, manage and control the budget for the Iberia region

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree and above

·       Substantial experience with marketing management required (Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, working experience in solar inverter segment or renewables is a plus.)

·       Language: native Spanish speaker and fluent English. Any additional language is a plus

·       Availability to travel for customers meetings, exhibitions as well as company events

·       Strong marketing strategy thinking and generation

·       Excellent communication, writing and project management skills

·       Self-motivated and performance driven

·       Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Teamwork spirit, proactive, hands-on, dynamic and customer oriented

·       Problem solving aptitude
