Your role in this? Simply think IT differently and steer projects in completely new directions, pioneer new technologies and its implementation, write the playbook for finance of the future. In your new role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing CF F's digital innovation together with our products, functions and regions. You will also support value creation at Siemens businesses, leveraging cutting edge finance technologies. The goal is the continuous further development of CF F processes and organization to support the operational business worldwide.
What part will you play?

  • As Digitalization & Innovation Manager (f/m/d) at CF F Operations Financial Technologies, you will set the highest industry and functional standards in the automation and digitalization of our processes and IT system landscape through disruption and innovation.
  • Together with our team, you will question existing processes and applications, define requirements for optimized solutions and drive the development, programming and improvement of in-house developments and standard IT solutions (including low code) with the involvement of all stakeholders.
  • You support the coordination and execution of tests of the new and (partly self-)developed tools and systems and the preparation of their acceptance by the respective internal customers, as well as the creation and maintenance of the system documentation.
  • After go-live you will hand over the developed solutions to the corresponding teams of CF F OP (Operations), CF F or other Siemens support functions (eg with or operating businesses.
  • Whether waterfall or agile – you are comfortable with application of different project management methodologies and are open for different roles (e.g., project/workstream management) in challenging projects and initiatives and furthermore in the following operations phase, e.g. as product owner
  • Plan and lead workshops and trainings, act as a technology and innovations ambassador.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Your studies in economics, banking, finance, business administration, mathematics, IT, or a comparable field provide the basis for the position.
  • You have several years of professional experience in development of IT solutions (full stack and or low code) for corporate finance and treasury functions.
  • You are experienced in managing complex (IT implementation) projects and in working in cross-functional line organizations or project teams (internal and external counterparties)
  • IT would also be advantageous if you understand the concepts and technologies of Blockchain / DLT and have a track record with PoCs / MvPs / Pilot References in Programmable Money, Digital Currencies, Programmable Payments and Smart Contracts and Asset Tokenization
  • Personally, you convince with your commitment, analytical ability, and results orientation.
  • We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality and with a strong customer-oriented manner.
  • You are self-motivated and strive to make an impact and push our initiatives over the finish successfully in connection with a pragmatic getting things done mentality
  • You speak German at speaker level and fluently English and can demonstrate your communication and presentation skills in a business manner, other languages are an advantage.
