We have been distributing consumables for medical and laboratory supplies for over 70 years. Worldwide wholesale and export, as well as our own production facilities, make our business exciting and diverse. Commercial employee – office management

Type of position: part-time, permanent position

Expected working hours: 25-35 per week
Working hours: Monday to Friday

Your tasks

  • Supporting the division management with administrative and organizational tasks after appropriate coordination
  • Travel management
  • Planning and organization of trade fairs (national and international)
  • Support within the scope of projects
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions as well as taking minutes
  • Office organization and mail processing
  • Orders such as office supplies
  • Management of external service providers (cleaning company, janitor, beverage and food supplier)
  • Absence management
  • Planning and implementation of team events

Your profile

  • A high affinity for office work and office organization
  • Very good application knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • You enjoy working independently, take on responsibility and are discreet, flexible and have strong organizational skills
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation round off your profile
  • Education:
    Apprenticeship/training (desirable)
  • Professional experience:
    Microsoft Office: 1 year (desirable)
  • Language:
    English (Desirable)
