Legal Assistant / Paralegal (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Manage document flow for signature
- Apply checks on document and on the Request of Signature
- Verifying Commercial Documents for accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing common terms and conditions of contracts and tender documents
- Drafting of required letters and communications
- Undertaking basic translations or arranging the same through service providers
- Obtain Signatures on the contracts from the legal signatories
- Online Archiving and paper archive of the signed contracts
- Regular update on tracker status of the contracts
- Alignment communication to Markets on the status of the signatures
- Ensuring consultation by the business of appropriate functions, legal, finance, tax, etc.

- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Profound English skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work under pressure
- Proactive and responsive
- Familiarity with word and documents processing and organization applications
