Job description
  • Being strong together: You support the project team throughout all stages of trade show and event planning, from design to execution and implementation
  • Marketing assistant: You assist with digital marketing and promotional activities
  • Thorough planning: You develop project plans and timelines
  • Stakeholder management: You provide support in managing guests and participants
  • Project management: You oversee the coordination with various trades and suppliers involved
  • Take responsibility: You conduct post-event follow-up, prepare project documentation and generate reports
  • Operations on site: You support the team on site during the event
Your profile
  • Study field: You are currently studying Media and Communication Sciences, Event Management, Business Administration, Social and Humanities Sciences or a similar field of study
  • Personality: You have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Way of working: You are able to work independently, demonstrate confidence and quickly grasp new concepts
  • Experience: You already possess prior experience in marketing, advertising, or trade show organization would be a plus
  • Skills: You demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Language skills: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
