Key job responsibilities
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, ready to roll up your sleeves and delve into problem statements, while maintaining a high bar on scalability to ensure the solutions you design can expand effectively.
- You initiate a program roadmap with the goal of improving customer perception and driving growth, with a dedicated focus on employment experience and sustainability.
- You build up and foster expertise in owned topics, assess and prioritize opportunities, leading decisions with internal teams as needed (Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
- You communicate complex findings and ideas clearly to stakeholders through strong critical thinking and an aptitude for problem-solving. You own and participate in executive reviews, and driving follow-through on identified themes.
- You define goals and related metrics, track progress, develop mechanisms, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- You run data analysis to generate business and customer insights for decision-making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business economics and/or any relevant field of study.
- 6+ years of Project and/or Program Management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including an ability to communicate with cross functional teams and towards upper management.
- Strongly comfortable in working in ambiguous environment and ready to seize every opportunity to shape a brighter future for Amazon.de.
- Strong analytical acumen paired with excellent excel skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experienced in Sustainability and/or Sustainable Delivery Experience.
- Experienced in Employment Experience.
- German language is a plus.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
