• Controlling and supporting proposal management: analyzing needs, defining proposal content (functionality, SLA, liability, deadlines, commercial aspects, etc.) and coordinating prices and scope for negotiation with Sales, Marketing and the production areas
• Presenting the product to customers on site, at user forums and to the specialist public
• Acting as a direct contact person (m/f/diverse) for sales and production of the product concerned and for marketing
• Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing documents (sales kits)
• Representation and marketing for the product in Lufthansa Systems social media (mainly LinkedIn and Blog)
• Analyzing customer requirements and advising customers on the introduction of new solutions

Ihr Profil:

You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or similar, or you have completed a relevant apprenticeship with many years of professional experience.

You are characterized by assertiveness and strong customer and service orientation and you fulfill the following requirements:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of operational airline business processes, especially in the financial management; ideally accounting area
• Very good communication skills, negotiation skills
• High level of commitment and initiative, very high resilience and pronounced flexibility
• Very good intercultural competence
• Goal-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• High willingness to travel and work on site with international customers worldwide combined
• Fluent English language skills spoken and written
• German language skills nice to have
