We are looking for highly motivated candidates to strengthen our DCA team as Infrastructure Automation Engineer/Developer (storage).
The candidate must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment with demanding clients.
Your tasks
As a senior infrastructure automation engineer/developer, responsibilities include:
- Focusing on the replacement of the NetApp WFA workflows by NetApp’s Ansible playbooks.
- Develop, operate and maintain ansible playbooks for storage provisioning (backend).
- Align with the Ansible Automation Platform team on standards.
- Liaising with other teams to assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues.
- Take care of technical documentation.
- Communication with internal customers.
Your profile
The candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Required
- Strong knowledge of storage systems (NetApp, Hitachi).
- Strong knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- Strong programming skills (Python).
- Strong knowledge of development workflows (REST).
- Strong knowledge of versioning (any flavor of git).
- Very good communication skills.
- Good Practical experience using SQL/relational database skills (Oracle / MySQL).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket).
