Join our international team and lead the establishment of our data and insights business. Utilize the world’s largest, privacy-first patient panel to develop and shape our portfolio of data products alongside our team of product and data experts. Leverage our existing networks to refine and develop value propositions with true business impact for our partners. Work collaboratively with our marketing team to effectively reach your target audience.


As a Data & Insights Lead, you will directly work with our founders and management team. You will spearhead the entrepreneurial development of smartpatient's Real World Data Business, leveraging the unique assets and resources of both smartpatient and Redcare Pharmacy.

Job requirements

Daily tasks: 

  • Define and enhance our data product suite, refining their value propositions and identifying target customers.
  • Engage with partners and stakeholders through regular meetings, whether in-person or online, providing updates on data products, gathering insights, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Take ownership of the sales goals for the smartpatient data and insights business, strategically planning the necessary resources.
  • Achieve our sales objectives by establishing a robust sales pipeline for our data products, and collaborating closely with our marketing team.
  • Collaborate with our data, product, and design teams to implement and fine-tune our data and insights products to meet your business requirements.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality data products to our clients.
  • Build and lead the business development/sales team for our data products as you increasingly validate the potential for scaling our products.


Must-haves:

  • Experience working in or for pharma and with health data is essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
  • Experience in establishing and growing B2B business relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating product value and refining your pitch. 
  • First leadership experience.
  • Passionate about technology and data, with a solid understanding and keen interest in leveraging these elements to drive business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Customer-first mindset in product development and delivery.
  • Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Share our passion for making a difference for people living with chronic diseases.
