Territory Manager

Invenia Group has partnered with an innovative neuromodulation start-up company. Their technology is new and disruptive to the field of urinary and urge incontinence using a novel technology.

After recently securing FDA approval they are looking to scale their sales and clinical teams. They are looking for a Territory Manager to focus on the Boston area. They will be looking for dynamic team players who are ambitious and motivated. This position comes with exciting progression opportunities, in their rapidly growing company and competitive salary!

The ideal candidate will guide the organization’s sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have the ability to understand customers’ needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.

Responsibilities

• You will lead commercialization activities by introducing this innovative technology within the Boston territory
• Be an expert in urology sales and have a strong network of Urologists and Urogyns
• Keeps the company vision and values at the forefront of all decision-making and actions
• Assessment of new potential accounts, achieving the sales plan and therapy awareness milestones
• Work with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access, pricing, contracting, and payment for products
• You must live within the specified geography and the travel required is 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant area is preferred but not essential
• Urology device sales
• They are looking for someone who has had experience across the call points of urology and as a bonus, neuromodulation.
• You must have experience with surgical procedures across any medical device speciality with an advantage over those with implantable experience
