Ihre Aufgaben

  • Run the Group’s HR planning processes, managing forecasts and the yearly budget and rolling estimate planning end-to-end. This includes elaborating top-down planning components and combining with bottom-up elements, quality assurance, in-depth analysis to address challenges and ultimately providing the presentation of the final planning scenarios.
  • Develop, implement and maintain modeling capabilities to create plan scenarios and simulate business risks and opportunities in order to increase transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in all areas related to personnel and personnel costs.
  • Act as business partner to local management by continually assessing group-wide HR key performance indicators and providing forecasts, in-depth analysis what-if scenarios, ad-hoc reporting, action plans, etc.
  • Ensure the value contribution of HR controlling management measures to Swiss Steel Group’s restructuring planning,  organizational and structural changes and the Group’s economic success.
  • Ensure timely all monthly HR reports and analysis and participate in Group performance and Finance meetings and discussions
  • Collaborate with all local HR and other related functions on all HR reporting and controlling related issues to drive continuous improvement of processes and HR IS and identify further potential for improvement

Ihr Profil

  • Master degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Further training in HR Controlling, Restructuring or M&A is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German, oral and written
  • French language skills are a plus
  •  At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial company in a comparable role
  • Experience in the steel industry or related industries is a strong plus
  • Profound knowledge in Finance and Controlling
  • Expert knowledge across all HR functions and along the HR value chain
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound and robust decisions
  • Strong communication skills and able to explain complex HR controlling concepts in an understandable way; able to overcome hurdles and resistances
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel), and very good skills in ERP systems (SAP)
