Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • The leadership of our service brigade

  • Organizing and ensuring a smooth operational process

  • Contact person and supervisor for our guests in the F&B outlets

  • Carrying out the operational planning of events in consultation with our Group & Event department

  • Quality assurance in our F&B outlets

  • Requesting goods and checking stock levels

  • Employee training

Your profile

  • Vocational training in the restaurant or hotel trade in upscale gastronomy / completed hotel management school

  • Sound specialist knowledge of food and beverages

  • Professional experience in a similar function in the upscale hotel industry

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality

  • Very happy to take responsibility and make decisions independently

  • high quality standards and an eye for detail

  • Enjoy being a host and challenging, encouraging and inspiring employees

  • Very good knowledge of German
