Join us as HR Manager (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring that our talented team continues to grow and excel. You will work closely with our management team and report directly to the CEO. 

As the HR Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee and manage various aspects of human resources as the contact person for all personnel-related topics.
Your mission
  • Lead all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
  • Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  •  Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's strategy, objectives and values
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Act as coach and trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Germany 
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working 
  • Strong consulting skills paired with a pragmatic approach as well as strong communication skills, empathy and social competence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Hands-on mentality – no task is too small or too big
  • Fluency in German and English is required
