                                                   Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

YOUR ROLE

• Performance marketing strategy development: You define and evolve our performance marketing strategy in alignment with our overarching business plan, ensuring it drives key objectives and targets effectively.
• Budget management and media planning: You manage budget allocation and conduct thorough media planning for key markets, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.
• Scaling performance across ad platforms: You scale performance efficiently across several ad platforms such as Google and Meta, expanding reach and driving conversions while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Agency partnership and management: You partner with and co-manage our relationship with a performance marketing agency, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance objectives.
• Performance tracking and measurement: You create the necessary tracking to ensure the accurate measurement of channel performance, regularly analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Ad creative performance improvement: You test and improve ad creative performance in partnership with our designer, conducting A/B tests and iterating based on performance data.
• Exploring new marketing channels: You conduct experiments on new performance marketing channels, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the customer acquisition funnel.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years' of experience in a multi-channel performance marketing role (startup experience is highly valued)
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the Google Ads and Paid Social landscape, and granular-level campaign management across global markets
• Strong analytics skills, with experience using GA4 to gain insights to scale performance
• Experience using Google Tag Manager for web tracking
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau
• Clear and structured communicator
• A problem solver, with the ability to identify an issue, as well as propose and implement solutions
• A high attention to detail
• A continuous learner who regularly stays on top of the latest trends in performance marketing and marketing technology
• A native English speaker, or the equivalent. Any other language is a plus
