Stellenbeschreibung

As a Referent Business Continuity Management LH Group, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of Business Continuity Management at LH Group level and will perform the following tasks.

  • Establishment, optimization and further development of LH Group-wide processes within the field of "Business Continuity Management", taking into account Group-specific requirements
  • Implementation of overarching process changes in the operational context, advice on adjustments in the sense of the Group optimum and decision-making
  • Coordination of the LH Group's services and performance in the area of "Business Continuity Management"
  • Developing and providing templates, tools and other (also IT) tools to support BCM in the BUs and central units
  • Conducting training courses (classroom training, WBT) and workshops (impact analysis, BCP)

Ihr Profil:

You are interested and have the following qualifications:

  • A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, controlling, law or comparable
  • Or comparable several years of relevant professional experience in the field of business continuity management, analysis and risk management
  • Experience in process management, quality management
  • Strong political skills in dealing with committees
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and holistic target-oriented manner
  • Ability and willingness to adapt own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to travel internationally (also to crisis and risk areas)
