Your Role

Step into the digital spotlight as our Senior Social Media Manager, leading the social media strategy for Europe's most celebrated event circuits, including the Bits & Pretzels Festival and Health.Tech Conference. This key role empowers you to leverage social platforms to amplify our events' visibility, engage with our community, and set new standards in social media excellence. Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns that have driven significant growth and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics and tools, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling messages and visuals tailored to different platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding social media teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse online community and collaborating effectively with various internal teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, with a passion for experimenting with new and innovative engagement strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute complex social media campaigns that align with broader marketing and event objective

Your Profile

  • Design and execute innovative social media strategies that increase event awareness, drive engagement, and boost attendance across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve and apply best practices to our campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all social campaigns, aligning with overall event objectives.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive and interactive event experience.
  • Spearhead social media crisis management plans, ensuring prompt and effective responses to any challenges that arise.
