Ihr Alltag bei uns

Führung und Leitung des Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Centre
Optimierung und Kontrolle aller Betriebsabläufe unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards
Budgeterstellung und Erreichen der Zielvorgaben durch aktives Revenue- und Kosten-Management
Verantwortung und Erstellung von wöchentlichen Forecasts, Monatsabschlüssen und des Jahresbudgets
Zuarbeiten der Zentralen Personal- und Buchhaltungsabteilung im Head Office
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Property Manager und Hoteltechniker für präventive Maintenance und Einhaltung der Wartungsintervalle
Platzierung und Entwicklung der Hotels am Markt sowohl regional als auch auf internationaler Ebene
Förderung des Markenimages durch Einhaltung aller Hilton Brand- und Servicestandards
Recruiting neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Sicherstellung des Onboarding- und Entwicklungsprozesses
Erarbeiten und Durchführen von Sales-, Marketing- und Revenue-Strategien
Operative Unterstützung in allen Hotelbereichen

Unsere Wunschvorstellung

Ausbildung oder Studium im Hotelfach mit Erfahrung als Operation Manager, Resident Manager oder stellvertretender Hoteldirektor in der Stadt- und Business-Hotellerie
Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen und lokalem Hotelmarktes
Organisations- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit „Hands On“ Mentalität
Führungspersönlichkeit, die es versteht zu begeistern, zu motivieren und etwas zu bewegen
Hohe Servicementalität, Gästefokus und Blick für das große Ganze
Gute Kenntnisse von Arbeitsrecht, Gesetzesvorgaben und HACCP
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, positive Ausstrahlung, hohe Eigenmotivation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen

Your daily business

Management and leadership of the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Center
Optimization and control of all operational processes in compliance with the specified quality standards
Budget preparation and achievement of targets through active revenue and cost management
Responsibility for and preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and the annual budget
Assisting the central HR and accounting department in the head office
Collaboration with the Technical Property Manager and hotel technician for preventive maintenance and adherence to maintenance intervals
Positioning and developing the hotels on the market, both regionally and internationally
Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
Recruiting new employees and ensuring the onboarding and development process

Our Expectation

Training or studies in the hotel industry with experience as Operation Manager, Resident Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager in the city and business hotel industry
Good knowledge of the German and local hotel market
Organizational and solution-oriented way of working combined with a "hands on" mentality
Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
High service mentality, guest focus and an eye for the big picture
Good knowledge of labor law, legal requirements and HACCP
Strong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
