The jobholder works as a HR Transformation & Digital Specialist (f/m/d) and will join department in Airbus Defence & Space whos mission is to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer's business needs. This means to monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions, consult in cases with high expertise and to consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation at the day to day operations.

The position is part of a nice, transnational working team made out of Digital Experts and HR Professionals. The jobholder will have interactions in English all day long. Additionally, they are working in a form of "empowering organizations" and their activities are split into missions which are cross-divisional and crossfunctional.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Reporting:
- Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review...)
- Authorisations Management
HR Processe and Improvements:
- Participating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business need definition to change plan implementation towards endusers)
- Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in/ out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
Act as support to HR4HR team in the following activities
- HR Process and Policy Deployment
- HR partnering with the business
Ideale Voraussetzungen bilden:
Studium
Betriebswirtschaft mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang
Berufserfahrung
- Projektmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
- HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen is necessary
IT
- MS-Excel mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets would be a plus
- Knowledge of workday would be a plus
Sprachkenntnisse
- Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
Kenntnisse
- Strong Information management systems skills are required
- Knowledge of Data Analytics are required
- Knowledge in Stakeholder management is necessary
- Agile would be a plus
