You bring joy and motivation to face the topics of our customers, to apply and expand your knowledge and to prepare and share findings with your colleagues. You are responsilble for managing one or several projects and project teams of consultants and client personnel.

• You will work on consulting projects with our customers (airlines, airports, private equity companies...) as well as on the preparation of proposals and actively participate in sales pitches
• Guidance and support of younger colleagues in project work are important elements of teamwork for you
• Together with the members of your thematic solution group (Strategy&Organization), you will develop customized consulting services and problem solutions as well as publications and presentations and present these to clients, at conferences or trade fairs
• You will lead proposals and sales initiatives to generate new business for Lufthansa Consulting
• As a Managing Consultant you additionally support the recruiting & coaching of new talents

Ihr Profil:

Extensive consulting experience and methodological skills in project management form a solid basis, which is complemented by your knowledge and enthusiasm for aviation topics. Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English are mandatory.

• Bachelorer's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field. Master's degree preferred
• Several years work experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of merger and acquisition processes and post-merger integration best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex business challenges
• Preferably proven experience in the aviation industry
• Knowledge and experience with SAP FI and CO will be a plus
