Testing Engineer（ECU）

Test ECU product and make testing equipments smoothly run of quality without compromise on best production cost.

测试ECU产品并保持测试设备正常运作以达到最优制造成本下的质量不妥协。

• Testing station management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)

            测试站点管理及文件

• Introduce new testing system

           引进新的测试系统

• Perform machine/line acceptance, installation and setup

           验收，安装和调试设备

• Edit test programming on new model

           编写新型号的测试程序

• Debug and build new sample to delivery on time

           调试和生产新样品,确保准时出货

• Improve test First Pass Yield and decrease scrap of production line

           提高产线的测试率，减少报废

• Analyze quality issue and failure mode

           质量问题和失效分析

• Operation process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)

            操作工艺

• Support on customer audit

           客户审核支持

Education 教育程度

  - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical             engineering      学士及以上学位

Professional Experience & skills  工作经验及技能

-  Minimum 3 years professional experience in Test Engineering;
    3年以上的测试工程方面的经验

  -  Programming experience on C program (SW Lab CVI)  language is a preference;
     具有C语言(Lab CVI)编程经验的优先

  -  Good command of written and oral English ;

      良好的英语技能

- Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
