Internship in the Purchasing of Logistic Transport Services
Aufgaben
- From day one, you will support the further development of our purchasing and supplier strategies, particularly in the area of warehouse services purchasing, as well as our digitalisation strategy.
- During your internship, you will be involved in international tenders and work on strategic projects such as global framework agreements, procurement processes and EU competition filings.
- You will gain experience in the area of commissions for proposed mergers in the transportation industry.
- Moreover, you will independently take over projects in purchasing processes, purchasing controlling and in the development of standards.
- In addition, you will support our national and international buyers in Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and India.
- You will also be in charge of project management, including the preparation of management reviews and supplier meetings.
- Finally, you will be responsible for developing automated purchasing processes and providing support and assistance to purchasing management.
Profil - Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Development with a focus on Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), experience with PowerBI or comparable IT solutions are a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: independent, structured, conscientious, communicative, flexible and resilient
- Languages: very good in English, basic in German is a plus
